About Revive Hair & Beauty

Licensed to play music

Heather & Isla took over the reins at Revive Beauty at the end of August in 2017 when it was still located in the rural location of Manor Farm in Lamport. There it was perfect for Heather and Isla’s vision for a quiet and calming place for their Clients to escape to for some much needed pampering. Revive Beauty’s loyal Clients welcomed the changes that Heather & Isla brought, the remodelling and the new services made available.

After a year of successful trading at Lamport, and the desire to add a hair salon to the business, it became clear that Revive had outgrown Lamport and with winter approaching it was decided to move the short distance to Mawsley. Mawsley is a new village, having been founded only 10 years ago, but is a thriving community with a vibrant heart centred around and about Barnwell Court.

The move in September 2018 has enabled us to enlarge the salon significantly, with brand new state of the art equipment, the addition of a fully equipped contemporary hair salon, and what we think is great news for our long standing Clients …. CENTRAL HEATING!!

We can’t wait to show you around so please pop in and say “Hello” …

Online booking is available, a warm welcome and a cup of tea or a cafetiere is waiting for you here at Revive Hair & Beauty … ☕️

  • What is your favourite treatment?
I have two favourite treatments for different reasons. My first favourite treatment is nails because it is a fun treatment which brings many challenges and creativity. My second favourite treatment is all of the lashes because it is my speciality in the salon and it brings challenges but at the same time it is exciting to see the finished results and to be able to compare a before and after photo.
  • What do you love about being a Beauty Therapist?
I enjoy being a beauty therapist because it is a rewarding and fun-filled job. You can make someone feel so much better in themselves within the space of an hour or so. It is also lovely to be able to build good relationships with clients and some even friendships. It is a job that always allows improvements in the treatments because as a therapist you are always learning.
  • What is your favourite film?
There are way too many films that I would class as my “favourite.” A good comedy would be ‘Just Go With It’ or a good action film would be ‘The Avengers.’ But I guess if I was to choose a film of an evening it would most likely be a Disney film, everyone knows my love for Disney.
  • What can you not live without?
The one thing I couldn’t live without is family.

  • What is your favourite treatment?
My favourite treatment is a mixture between acrylic nails and makeup, because I like altering the way things look and improving the way they look.
  • What do you love about being a Beauty Therapist?
I enjoy being a beauty therapist because I enjoy making people feel beautiful and better about themselves, and everyone feels better about themselves once they’ve had a beauty treatment! I also love meeting new people and getting to know different people.
